WE MANUFACTURE OUR PRODUCTS
Our processing plant is located on the road to the Atlantic coast, in the Los Llanos industrial area. Llanos de Cuiva Angostura Antioquia, Colombia.
The creation, formulation, and processing of food products, supplements, beverages, and raw Aloe Vera materials involve several stages, from research and development to packaging. High-quality raw materials are selected, specific recipes are formulated, and ingredients are processed using appropriate technologies. This includes areas for each stage of the process, quality control facilities, and research and development laboratories. Strict food safety regulations must be met, and high standards of hygiene and cleanliness must be maintained.
We start with sanitization to ensure a clean and safe environment for production.
We continue with the process of filleting the raw materials to prepare them for extraction.
We extract the Aloe Vera juice for further processing.
We filter the extracted product to remove impurities and obtain a purer and higher quality product.
We stabilize the product to extend its shelf life and maintain its quality during storage and transportation.
We subject the stabilized product or mixture to a pasteurization process to eliminate harmful microorganisms and ensure its safety.
GEL BASE / GEL CUTTING / MIXTURES / POWDERS - DRYING - PACKAGING
Depending on the final products we are producing, the pasteurized juice can be used as a base for gel production, which will be cut into specific shapes, or it can be processed into powder through a drying process for packaging and commercialization, enabling us to derive thousands of products.

USDA ORGANIC
The USDA Organic certification is granted by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to agricultural products that meet strict organic production standards. This certification is important because it ensures that products have been grown and processed according to sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural practices, without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

EU ORGANIC

FDA REGISTRATION
The FDA (United States Food and Drug Administration) is a government agency responsible for ensuring the safety and efficacy of food, drugs, cosmetics, and other products. It requires product approval for entry into the United States, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. INVIMA
The INVIMA Sanitary Registration is essential for Agrofeliz, as it ensures the safety and quality of our products in the Colombian market. This mandatory certification ensures compliance with food safety and quality standards established by the government, providing peace of mind to consumers and strengthening confidence in our brand.
FNC
In 1927, Colombian coffee growers united to create an organization that would represent them nationally and internationally, and ensure their well-being and improved quality of life. Its objective is to position Colombian coffee in the national and international market as a great consumption experience, being a highly desired product by customers and end consumers..
ICA
The Colombian Agricultural Institute, ICA, was created and organized under Decree 1562 of June 15, 1962. It is a Public Establishment of National Order with legal personality, administrative autonomy, and independent assets, belonging to the National Science and Technology System, attached to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The Colombian Agricultural Institute, ICA, has jurisdiction throughout the national territory. Its main domicile is in Bogotá, D.C., and it has 32 sectional offices, one in each department, in addition to local offices that meet the needs in the various municipalities of the country.
